Introduction to Whistleblowing
OLIVARI B. S.p.A. fosters an open corporate culture, marked by ethics, transparency and accountability, and inspired by the Company’s values: for this reason it asks its people, such as directors, executives, supervisory bodies, managers, employees and other collaborators, and all its partners, to operate in full compliance with Laws and Regulations, Code of Ethics and Human Rights.
The Company strongly encourages its stakeholders to report (so-called whistleblowing) any improper, dishonest, or illegal activity – potential, highly probable, or already committed – as well as conduct that may cause harm or prejudice, including image damage, to OLIVARI B. S.p.A.
Excluded from the scope of the regulations are reports concerning personal interests of the reporter, complaints or grievances of a personal or business nature, claims or instances that fall under the discipline of the employment relationship. In case of unfounded reports, made in bad faith or with gross negligence, OLIVARI B. S.p.A. reserves the right to take action to defend its interests and protect the aggrieved parties.
