The information provided are necessary to bring you up-to-date about our products by sending communications via e-mail (including newsletter) and/or post (in paper catalogues) and/or SMS.
The legal basis of the treatment is your consent, freely expressed, under GDPR art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a).

The treatment affects your name, your contacts details (mobile number and/or e-mail), your type of business, the city and the nation where you work.
The communication of the above mentioned data is a necessary requirement for the achievement of the purposes referred to in point 1), whereby the non-communication or the lack of consent to the treatment involve the impossibility to proceed and send communications about our products and the world of Italian and international design.
We may handle more data: the company or the structure which you may belong, or the address of the same (street and house number, zip code, province, landline number).
The communication of this data is optional and does not affect in any way the possibility of receiving the required documentation.

Whom we share your data with
Your data will be shared, upon your consent, with our service providers in the extent strictly necessary to allow the sending of communications related to our products.
We exclude the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area..

How long we keep your data
Your data will be treated until your consent lasts.

What are your rights and how you can exercise them
You have the right to obtain, at any times and in a totally free way, access to your personal data, their rectification or cancellation if they are treated in a manner not in accordance with the current standards or the limitation of their treatment. To exercise this right it is sufficient to submit us a request through one of the contact channels indicated in point 1). Being simple personal and contact data, there is no possibility of receiving your data in structured and standard format.
In case you believe that we have violated your rights or we have treated them incorrectly, you can contact the Guarantor of Privacy (www.garanteprivacy.it), which operates as a control authority for the Italian territory.

Right to revoke the consent
We inform that you have the right to deny the consent to the continuation of treatment at any times, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatments already carried out before your revocation.

Automated decision-making process and profiling
Your personal data will not be subjected to treatments based on an automated decision-making process. They will therefore not be used for profiling processes.
