The event ended yesterday was a truly extraordinary edition for Olivari. An interesting path between architecture, poetry and research.
In an elegant and metaphysical atmosphere, with the arches creating the ideal scenery to communicate the Company’s philosophy and introduce two new products result of excellent collaborations.
One with Ron Gilad, who draws Virgola, romantic and strong character full of of historical legacies, and the other with Ma Yansong, of MAD Architects, presenting Marylin, the plastic language of the future.
But not only. As in a sophisticated jewellery boutique the Collection Guillochè: has found space and exaltation: handles with embellished surfaces with Guilloché engraving technique. A result of extensive research on the decoration issue over the centuries, which is recorded in the Eccentric book, synthesis of cultural heritage, written by Francesca Picchi and Marco Strina.
The handle becomes a metaphor for a crossing between space /time, in continuity among past / present / future, with the stand concept designed by Calvi&Brambilla Studio.
